6304-2RS 20x42x12mm Sealed Bearing

6304 bearings are used in a very wide range of applications, multiple parts in cars make use of these bearings, as well motors, industrial equipment, power tools, appliances and agricultural equipment.

The 2RS suffix means contact seals on both faces. These keep grease in and dirt and moisture out, which is what you want anywhere the bearing is exposed rather than sitting inside a sealed housing. It’s the reason 2RS is the usual choice over a ZZ metal-shielded version outdoors or in dusty conditions. The bearing arrives greased and sealed for life — no packing or servicing needed before fitting.
