6303-2RS 17x47x14mm Sealed Bearing

Description

The 6303-2RS is one of the most widely used bearings in the metric range, and the 17x47x14mm is a very common size with lots of applications, alternators, pumps, small motors, motors and more. It’s a standard part, so any 6303-2RS from any manufacturer will physically interchange with the one you’re replacing.

The 2RS suffix means contact seals on both faces. These keep grease in and dirt and moisture out, which is what you want anywhere the bearing is exposed rather than sitting inside a sealed housing. It’s the reason 2RS is the usual choice over a ZZ metal-shielded version outdoors or in dusty conditions. The bearing arrives greased and sealed for life — no packing or servicing needed before fitting.
